The private session involves individual attention & workout with our pro trainers. The skill class is a group workout of your choice that focuses on a specific skill
- Shooting
- Footwork
- Ball handling
After this one of our lead trainers will discuss feedback with the player/parent about their goals & needs & a good plan moving forward.
