Descriptions of Classes Offered: 

Speed & Agility - Defensive Quickness
Athletes who move better laterally can dominate on defense and react faster in any sport. This class is designed to improve side-to-side movement, change of direction, and reaction speed. Through specialized footwork drills, resistance training, and real-game scenarios, athletes will develop quicker, more efficient lateral movement - helping them stay in front of their opponents, lock down on defense, and improve overall agility.

Speed & Agility - First Step Explosiveness
The faster your first step, the quicker you get past defenders and create separation.
This session focuses on developing powerful acceleration and reaction speed.
Athletes will train to improve their ability to explode off the line, get quicker to the basket, and gain an advantage in any sport requiring rapid bursts of speed. Through sprint mechanics, plyometrics, and resistance training, this class will build explosive movement patterns that translate directly to game situations.
