What is CTTG?

Committed to the Gospel (CTTG) is a sports ministry conference and retreat for those who know sport is more than competition — it’s an opportunity for Kingdom impact.

This weekend is designed for coaches, trainers, athletes, missionaries, and leaders who want to be more intentional about:

• Sharing the Gospel with their sports platform

• Making disciples & learning what that looks like.

• Leading boldly in faith with wisdom in tough settings

• Seeing sports as worship and a ministry. Realizing their is no divide 

If you feel called to use basketball or athletics to impact lives spiritually, this environment is for you.

CTTG is more than teaching — it’s activation, connection, and spiritual renewal.
You’ll leave equipped, encouraged, and surrounded by others on the same mission.

Our Mission

The purpose of CTTG is to create an environment where people can:

• Experience authentic community

• Receive practical discipleship training

• Be strengthened in their calling

• Encounter the presence of God

Our goal is simple:
Equip and commission sports leaders to share the Gospel and make disciples in their communities.

What We’ll Cover

Each CTTG gathering is unique, but core themes include:

Building & Leading

• Starting and developing a sports or basketball ministry

• Launching or growing a nonprofit, for profit or program

• Leadership development for Kingdom-minded sports leaders

Practical Discipleship Tools

• How to clearly share the Gospel in sports environments

• “Can I pray for you?” — simple evangelism tools

• Testimony training 

• Prayer Walks & the Prayer Wheel

• Live ministry activation

Interactive Elements

• Q&A panels, dinners together and open forums

• Sports ministry collaboration

• On-site ministry experiences & camp

• Fellowship with like-minded leaders

This is practical, relational, and hands-on — not just theory.

2:00 PM – 6:00 PM- The Naismith/KU Experience

2p- Welcome, Fellowship & Court Prayer Walk
@ Livin the Dream Facility

3p- Head over to Kansas University, Allen Fieldhouse

4p- Tour Naismith area & Allen Field house. Breakout Discipleship session 

6p- Dinner

Saturday – March 28

9 AM – 10 AM
Coffee & Prayer walk

12 PM – 4:30 PM - Basketball Ministry Camp & Activation

6 PM- Meet up for KC BBQ Dinner

Commissioning Service

We’ll close the weekend with worship, prayer, testimonies and more. This is a commissioning for leaders headed back into their cities with clarity, renewal and conviction.
