7p- Workshop for both families & players
Cost: Free for any HFC membership or league player
This is a HFC members only event to serve both players & their parents/family focused on "How to build a player's confidence." This unique event seeks to address the #1 problem in youth sports & most requested topic from parents. Our on court training will be 6p-7p & then our workshop with Q/A session will be 7p-8p for both players & their parents/family. We are limiting the enrollment so please sign up - we will fill up & we're making this event free for anyone in our HFC leagues or any current training memberships.
Here are some of the topics we'll address:
-How overcome anxiety/nervousness as a player
-Go from passive player to aggressive
-Overcome a harsh coach who has hurt a players confidence
-How to encourage a player with low confidence as a parent/coach
-Tools to build a confident athlete
-Overcoming fear of failure
